Personalized Representation is our Passion.
At Accident Law Group, our entire firm handles only accident/injury cases. 100% of our work is building, arguing, and winning injury cases just like yours. It is what our founding partners named the firm, because accidents are all we focus on. Unlike other law firms that seem to work every kind of case from criminal, to social security, to family law, and maybe a little personal injury, we at Accident Law Group chose to focus on one type of law and do it better than anyone else. Accident Law Group was founded on the principle of providing our clients with exceptional face to face service from trustworthy, experienced attorneys.

ATTORNEYS COST TOO MUCH MONEY AND I CAN’T
The personal injury client is afraid they are going to have to pay the attorney up front (a retainer). We end that fear! Accident Law Group works on a contingency basis. What does that mean? Put simply we don’t get paid until the case settles. WE WAIT TO GET PAID!!
Fill out the form below, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Derick is very familiar with the life and its challenges in the Valley of the Sun.
Following a deep-seated sense of duty, Derick promptly joined the Marine Corps after graduating from Sandra Day O’Connor High School. Derick considers his experience in the Marine Corps to be the best education and experience he has ever received. Serving five years and fighting on two deployments as an Electro-Optical Ordnance Repairman in the Fighting Fifth Marine Regiment out of San Mateo, Camp Pendleton, California, Derick learned what it means to serve and to forget oneself in the pursuit of that service. The most important lesson Derick learned in the Marines is that your own pain is most bearable when you work to alleviate the pain of others.
After receiving an honorable discharge from the Marines, Derick went on to earn bachelor’s degrees in both Political Science and Justice Studies at Arizona State University in just three years, making the Dean’s List 5 times, earning a Civil Education Certificate, and graduating Summa Cum Laude. Before he was finished with these two degrees, ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law accepted him to their three-year Juris Doctorate program. While studying at the College of Law, Derick gave over 200 pro bono hours to CourtWorks, a mock trial program for middle school children to participate in a mock trial hosted by the Arizona Federal District Court and founded by Judge Murgia. He also volunteered for Judge Danielle Viola working in the Post-Conviction Relief unit, all while balancing a challenging class load and working as an extern for a criminal defense attorney.
Now Derick uses his education, skills, and experience to help those injured in motor vehicle accidents get what they deserve as part of a focused and talented law team. Derick is a passionate, driven advocate who thrives on adversity.
In his free time, Derick enjoys spending time with his wife, working out, hiking, and reading.
