Eric has also held the insurance industry accountable in matters involving insurance bad faith and insurance agent malpractice. Eric’s plaintiff side advocacy has also extended into loses stemming from the mortgage collapse and collateralized debt obligation investments made on behalf of institutional investors, and multiple environmental contamination matters for injuries suffered by individuals and municipalities.
Before practicing law, Eric was a managing consult for Huron Consulting Group providing consultative services for complex litigation matters on behalf of national banks and Vault Law 100 firms. While attending law school in the evening, Eric also worked full-time for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts where he was part of the trial teams prosecuting criminal and civil matters.
Eric is a member of the Sedona Conference Group Working Series 1 where he provides a plaintiff perspective and advocacy for the collection and production of documents and electronically stored information.
When not at work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, and golfing with one of Accident Law Group’s founders Joseph Brown.
