About Joseph Brown

Joseph Brown
Joseph Brown, Esq. is Accident Law Group’s founding partner. Mr. Brown focuses his practice on personal injury. As a former insurance adjuster, he understands firsthand how the insurance company can and will take advantage of those unrepresented or who are represented ineffectively. Oftentimes, Joseph can anticipate the insurance company’s angle before they even assign the adjuster.
In fact, he has used this knowledge to successfully represent 1000’s of clients and gain membership to the esteemed “Million Dollar Advocates Forum” which is reserved for the top attorneys in America who have obtained a judgment or settlement for their client in excess of $1,000,000. Joseph’s professional career started as an insurance claims adjuster for a couple of the major insurance companies prior to and while attending law school.
After law school, he took an associate attorney position with a large personal injury firm. There he used his prior experience as a claims adjuster to excel. Within four years, Joseph Brown was made a Profit Sharer and in his 5th year, he was promoted to Managing Attorney supervising the day-to-day firm operations. Joseph was also a key participant in the marketing of the firm.
Despite climbing to the top, he always insisted on maintaining a full client caseload. “I love clients and helping them in their time of need.” Joseph not only was a leader within the firm in settlements and revenue but most importantly he was a leader in client satisfaction (client referrals and/or online positive reviews) each of the 13 years he was employed at the firm. He left that firm to start his own law firm with a more personal approach; focusing on the client and giving quality personal service not often provided by other firms.
Joseph Brown Is married and has two children and three bonus children with ages ranging from grade school to mid 20’s. His kids have always been very athletic and play several sports from dance to football and cross country. Joseph has coached several of these sports. He loves to play golf, basketball, and volleyball; however, his true passion (outside of the law, of course) is giving back to the community. He has volunteered as a board member and attended charity events all over the valley including but not limited to Ahwatukee, Chandler, Phoenix, Gilbert, and Tempe. Joseph comes from a very poor upbringing which is what drives him to give back to the community.
Mr. Brown was a victim of a serious car accident. He not only understands what clients are dealing with, but he can relate to his clients because he has lived it! The Accident Law Group is a firm where clients actually meet and speak with their attorneys. Individual attention for your personal injury is the motto. Clients are not just a number like most law firms.
